Welcome to the Auto Global App. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Auto Global mobile application ("App") and the services provided through it. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Auto Global App, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Auto Global facilitates the purchase of vehicles from Korea. The App allows users to browse, compare, and purchase vehicles. We do not sell vehicles directly but connect buyers with sellers and dealerships.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.
• You are responsible for your conduct and any data that you submit or post on the App.
• You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws and regulations.

5. Purchasing Process

All purchases made through the App are subject to the terms of sale provided by the seller. Auto Global is not responsible for any issues arising from transactions conducted through the App. Pricing and availability of vehicles are subject to change without notice.

6. Payment

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize Auto Global to charge you for your purchases. All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party services, and we do not store your payment information.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Global, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the App are owned by or licensed to Auto Global. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Auto Global, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
